The enacted bill added the Police and Firemen's Insurance Association to the list of organizations for which Philadelphia city employees may authorize payroll deductions. It applies to city employees who choose to authorize such deductions, subject to the law's terms and conditions.

Amending Chapter 19-200 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "City Funds - Deposits, Investments, Disbursements," by amending Section 19-203, entitled "Payroll Deductions," to add the Police and Firemen's Insurance Association to the list of entities for which payroll deductions may be authorized by City employees, under certain terms and conditions.
