The enacted ordinance authorizes John and Concetta Varallo, owners of Pesto Italian Restaurant at 1917 South Broad Street, to construct, own, and maintain an enclosed vestibule extending into the east footway of Broad Street. The vestibule must leave about 16 feet of clear footway, and the owners must obtain required permits, enter into an agreement with the City, maintain insurance and financial protections, and remove the structure if required for a City project.

Authorizing John and Concetta Varallo, owners of Pesto Italian Restaurant, 1917 South Broad Street, to construct, own and maintain an encroachment within the right-of-way located on the east footway of Broad Street, under certain terms and conditions.
