This enacted ordinance amends Philadelphia’s C-4 commercial zoning rules for the area bounded by Hamilton Street, 19th Street, Callowhill Street, and 20th Street. It sets the required parking supply at 0.7 spaces per dwelling unit for development in that area and took effect immediately.

Amending Section 14-305 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "'C-4' Commercial District," specifically Section 14-305(16)(c) regarding parking for the area bounded by Hamilton Street, 19th Street, Callowhill Street and 20th Street; all under certain terms and conditions.
