This enacted ordinance changes the zoning designations for land within the area bounded by Milnor Street, Levick Street, the Delaware River, and Robbins Street. If Delaware Avenue between Robbins Street and Levick Street is removed from the City Plan and that change is confirmed, the former avenue land will be designated as a recreational zoning district.

Amending the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within the area bounded by Milnor Street, Levick Street, the Delaware River, and Robbins Street, all under certain terms and conditions.
