The enacted ordinance creates the 52nd Street Business District for Sidewalk Vending on both sides of 52nd Street between Arch and Walnut Streets, allowing up to 56 designated sidewalk vendor locations. It sets required stand dimensions, gives preference to applicants with more years of licensed vending in the district, and establishes operating limits including location, hours, pedestrian access, and safety requirements.

Amending Section 9-206 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Sidewalk Vendors in Neighborhood Business Districts," by creating the 52nd Street Business District for Sidewalk Vending; all under certain terms and conditions.
