This enacted bill amended Philadelphia’s Wage and Net Profits Tax rules by revising tax rates for residents and non-residents who earn wages or business income connected to Philadelphia. It also updated the timing and calculation of reduced tax rates for low-income and very-low-income taxpayers, including refunds for taxes paid above the reduced amount, and made technical changes to the tax code.

Amending Chapter 19-1500 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Wage and Net Profits Tax," by revising certain tax rates and making technical changes, all under certain terms and conditions.
