This enacted bill authorizes 217 West George Street LLC to construct and maintain an open-air sidewalk café at 217 West George Street, with tables and chairs extending onto the West George Street and North American Street sidewalks. The owner must obtain required permits and approvals, maintain insurance and other protections for the City, and remove or relocate the café within 30 days if required for sidewalk rules, public projects, utility work, or violations.
