The enacted ordinance authorizes changes to curbs along the Benjamin Franklin Parkway between Twentieth and Twenty-first Streets and in the area near Pennsylvania Avenue. The changes move one curbline two feet southwest to widen the sidewalk from 15 to 17 feet and create curb bump-outs and rounded corners intended to improve pedestrian safety and traffic flow, subject to specified payments and agreements.

Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 63 by relocating the northeasterly curbline of the Benjamin Franklin Parkway, from Twentieth Street to Twenty-first Street, two feet southwestwardly and relocating portions of certain curblines within the area bounded by the Benjamin Franklin Parkway, Twenty-first Street, Pennsylvania Avenue, and Twentieth Street to establish certain curb bump-outs and corner radii, under certain terms and conditions.
