This enacted bill authorizes the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia to install, own, and maintain six tables providing auxiliary seating for up to 12 people on the south sidewalk of Woodland Avenue beside 4140 Woodland Avenue. The tables may extend into the public right-of-way under specified conditions while leaving about six and a half feet of unobstructed sidewalk space.

Authorizing the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia, located at 600 South 43rd Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, to construct, own and maintain various encroachments in the form of auxiliary seating within the right-of-way adjacent to the building at 4140 Woodland Avenue, under certain terms and conditions.
