The enacted ordinance authorizes changes to the City Plan that vacate the legally open western 12-foot portion of Thirty-Second Street between Glenwood Avenue and near Master Street. It preserves rights-of-way there for drainage and water-main purposes and requires affected property owners to grant those rights-of-way, protect the City from related claims, and meet other conditions.

Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 121 by striking from the City Plan and vacating the legally open portions of the westerly twelve feet wide portion of Thirty-Second Street from Glenwood Avenue to a point approximately twelve feet south of the southerly side of Master Street produced and reserving and placing on the City Plan a right-of-way for drainage purposes and water main purposes and a right-of-way for drainage purposes within portions of the portion of Thirty-Second Street being stricken and authorizing acceptance of the grant to the City of the said rights-of-way; all under certain terms and conditions.
