This enacted ordinance authorizes 600 North Broad Associates, L.P., owner of Gastronomy Restaurant at 600 North Broad Street, to construct, own, and maintain an enclosed vestibule and railing extending about 5 feet 6 inches into the south footway of Mount Vernon Street between Broad and Fifteenth Streets. The encroachments must leave about 9 feet 6 inches of clear footway and are subject to required permits, a City agreement, insurance, and other conditions.

Authorizing 600 North Broad Associates, L.P., 530 South Second Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, owners of Gastronomy Restaurant, located at 600 North Broad Street, to construct, own and maintain various encroachments in the right-of-way adjacent to the south footway of Mount Vernon Street between Broad Street and Fifteenth Street, under certain terms and conditions.
