This enacted ordinance changes the Philadelphia Zoning Maps for certain properties in the area bounded by Girard Avenue, 9th Street, Fairmount Avenue, 10th Street, Wallace Street, and Broad Street. It replaces the existing zoning designations with the designations shown on the ordinance’s referenced maps and took effect immediately.

To amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within an area bounded by Girard Avenue, 9th Street, Fairmount Avenue, 10th Street, Wallace Street, and Broad Street.
