This enacted bill authorizes the Finance Director to establish a dedicated fund for certain revenue from competitively awarded agreements involving areas and facilities in the Fairmount Park system. The Parks and Recreation Department may use the fund, including its earnings, for park programs and facilities and must report on deposits, spending, and projected finances; spending is subject to the annual operating budget.

Authorizing the Director of Finance to establish a Parks and Recreation Programs and Facilities Fund in which revenue generated from competitively awarded agreements regarding areas or facilities in the Fairmount Park system may be deposited for use to pay expenses for programs and facilities in the Fairmount Park system, under certain terms and conditions.
