This enacted bill authorizes the City’s Commissioner of Public Property to transfer the parcel at 1814-28 West Cheltenham Avenue to the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development for further conveyance. The transfer must require an Economic Opportunity Plan, and the City Solicitor may set additional terms to protect the City’s interests and carry out the ordinance.
