The enacted ordinance grants SEPTA permission to build, own, and maintain a passenger boarding platform, shelter, walkway, landscaping, signs, lighting, and related features on the public sidewalk at the northwest corner of Frankford Avenue and Delaware Avenue. SEPTA must obtain required permits, enter into an agreement with the City, provide insurance and a bond, cover certain relocation or removal costs, and remove the structures within 180 days if lawfully directed by the Streets Department.

Granting permission to the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority, 1234 Market Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, to construct, own and maintain a passenger boarding platform, passenger shelter and other miscellaneous encroachments on the public sidewalk located at the northwest corner of the intersection of Frankford Avenue and Delaware Avenue, under certain terms and conditions.
