The enacted ordinance authorizes Kimmel Center, Inc. to construct, own, and maintain a building encroachment extending about four feet into the south sidewalk of Spruce Street between Broad and Fifteenth Streets, while leaving about 12 feet of clear space for pedestrians. The authorization is subject to required permits, an agreement with the City, insurance or bonding, utility access, and other conditions, including possible removal for City construction projects.

Authorizing Kimmel Center, Inc., 200 South Broad Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, owner of the Kimmel Center located at 300 South Broad Street, to construct, own and maintain various encroachments in the right-of-way on the south sidewalk of Spruce Street between Broad and Fifteenth Streets, under certain terms and conditions.
