This enacted measure adds the sidewalk on the west side of South 58th Street between Chester Avenue and Kingsessing Avenue to the locations where farmers’ markets are permitted. It changes the Philadelphia Code’s list of permissible farmers’ market locations.

Amending Section 9-213 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Farmers' Markets," by adding as a permissible location the sidewalk of the west side of south 58th Street between Chester Avenue and Kingsessing Avenue, all under certain terms and conditions.
