This enacted bill adds the sidewalk on the north side of Diamond Street, extending 200 feet west from 33rd Street, to Philadelphia’s list of permissible locations for farmers’ markets. It affects the location of farmers’ markets in that area.

Amending Section 9-213 of the Philadelphia Code, entitled "Farmers' Markets," by adding a permissible location on the sidewalk of the north side of Diamond Street from 33rd Street for 200 feet west.
