This enacted ordinance authorizes Chinta Shah, who operates the newsstand at 18th Street and JFK Boulevard, to install and maintain underground conduits across the street corner to provide electrical and telephone service. The work requires permits, a City agreement, insurance, and other conditions, and Shah must remove the conduits if the City gives lawful written notice or if required conditions are not met.

Authorizing Chinta Shah, owner and operator of the newsstand located on the southeast corner of 18th Street and JFK Boulevard, to construct, use and maintain conduits in, under and across the southeast corner of 18th Street and JFK Boulevard for the purpose of supplying electrical service and telephone service to the newsstand, under certain terms and conditions.
