This enacted ordinance authorizes the City to add a drainage right-of-way to City Plan No. 285 in the area southeast of Roberts Avenue and southwest of Fox Street. It also authorizes the Streets Commissioner to accept the right-of-way from the property owner, subject to agreements protecting the City and allowing access for drainage facilities and maintenance, as well as other conditions.

Authorizing the plotting upon City Plan No. 285 of a right-of-way for drainage purposes in the area lying southeast of Roberts Avenue and southwest of Fox Street and authorizing acceptance of the grant to the City of the said right-of-way, under certain terms and conditions.
