This enacted ordinance authorizes changes to the City Plan that vacate legally open portions of Ashland Street between Adams Avenue and Frankford Creek. It preserves a right-of-way there for sewer, drainage, and water main purposes and allows the City to accept that right-of-way, subject to requirements for affected property owners and other parties, including agreements, payments, and related utility or street work.

Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 55 by striking from the City Plan and vacating the legally open portions of Ashland Street from a point approximately four-hundred one feet southwest of Adams Avenue to the northeasterly channel line of the Frankford Creek and reserving and placing on the City Plan a right-of-way for sewer and drainage purposes and water main purposes within the lines of Ashland Street being stricken and authorizing acceptance of the grant to the City of the said right-of-way, under certain terms and conditions.
