This enacted ordinance authorizes changes to the City Plan affecting Pennsylvania Avenue and Shamokin Street between Nineteenth and Twentieth Streets. It vacates an approximately 15-foot-wide portion of Pennsylvania Avenue and moves Shamokin Street’s curblines to increase its cartway width from 8 feet 6 inches to 12 feet 6 inches, subject to required agreements, payments, and other conditions for the affected property owner or party in interest.

Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 63 by striking from the City Plan and vacating a portion of Pennsylvania Avenue, between Nineteenth Street and Twentieth Street, and relocating the curblines of Shamokin Street, from Nineteenth Street to Twentieth Street, thereby increasing the cartway width of said Shamokin Street, under certain terms and conditions.
