This enacted bill authorizes Bourse Mall Associates, L.P. and Bourse Tower Associates, L.P., owners of the Bourse Building at 111 S. Independence Mall East, to own and maintain various existing structures and equipment that extend into City sidewalk and street rights-of-way. The authorized encroachments are located along Ludlow, Fourth, and Ranstead Streets and include cornices, window wells, air-conditioning equipment, steps, surveillance cameras, bollards, building entrances, and planters, subject to specified terms and conditions.

Authorizing Bourse Mall Associates, L.P. and Bourse Tower Associates, L.P., owners of the Bourse Building, 111 S. Independence Mall East, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, to legalize various encroachments within the City right-of-way, located on the south footway of Ludlow Street between Fourth Street and Fifth Street; the west footway of Fourth Street between Ranstead Street and Ludlow Street; and the north footway of Ranstead Street between Fourth Street and Fifth Street; under certain terms and conditions.
