This enacted ordinance authorizes the City to remove Clifton Street between Montgomery Avenue and Berks Street from the official City Plan and vacate that section of the street. The property owner or other interested party must meet conditions, including releasing and indemnifying the City, paying required costs, and covering necessary changes or removal of street and water infrastructure.

Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 118 by striking from the City Plan and vacating Clifton Street from Montgomery Avenue to Berks Street, under certain terms and conditions.
