This enacted ordinance authorizes changing the City Plan to vacate the legally open western 10 feet of Thirty-second Street between Chestnut and Walnut Streets, reducing the street’s planned width from 90 feet to 80 feet. Property owners affected must meet conditions including agreements protecting the City from claims, adjustments to affected public utilities, and payment of specified costs.

Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 42 by striking from the City Plan and vacating the legally open portions of the westerly ten feet wide portion of Thirty-second Street from Chestnut Street to Walnut Street, under certain terms and conditions.
