This enacted bill authorizes Newbold's Brew LLC, doing business as Brew, to construct, own, and maintain an open-air sidewalk café at 1900 S. 15th Street. The café may have six tables for up to 12 people on portions of the S. 15th Street and Mifflin Street sidewalks, while leaving specified clear walkways; the owner must obtain required permits, follow city rules, and meet insurance and other conditions.

Authorizing Newbold's Brew LLC t/a Brew ("Owner") to construct, own and maintain an open-air sidewalk café at 1900 S. 15th Street ("Property"), under certain terms and conditions.
