The enacted ordinance authorizes Campanaro Consulting, LLC, doing business as Village Belle Restaurant & Bar, to legalize eight existing bollards on the sidewalk in front of 757 S. Front Street. The authorization requires the owner to obtain other required permits and approvals, sign an agreement with the City, maintain insurance, cover certain costs, and remove the bollards within 30 days if lawfully directed by the Streets Department.
