This enacted bill authorizes Watkins Drinkery, Inc. to build, own, and maintain an open-air sidewalk café at 1712 S. 10th Street. The café may have five tables for up to 10 people and extend about two feet onto the sidewalk while leaving about six feet of clear walkway. The owner must obtain required permits, meet City rules, maintain insurance or approved self-insurance, and remove the café within 30 days if properly notified by the City for specified reasons.

Authorizing Watkins Drinkery, Inc. ("Owner") to construct, own and maintain an open-air sidewalk café at 1712 S. 10th Street ("Property"), under certain terms and conditions.
