The enacted ordinance authorizes Philadelphia’s Commissioner of Public Property to transfer city-owned land and the existing improvements at 921–27 Ellsworth Street, subject to specified terms and conditions. St. Maron’s CDC and BCM Affordable Housing were selected to develop affordable housing for seniors on the property.
