This enacted bill establishes a parking regulation on both sides of Catharine Street between Broad Street and 13th Street. The regulation applies from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Monday through Wednesday and from 8:00 a.m. to midnight Thursday through Sunday, except for RPP #22.
