This enacted ordinance authorizes the New Kensington Community Development Corporation to construct, own, and maintain two light columns on the public footways at Girard Avenue and Columbia Avenue. The authorization requires permits and a City agreement, sets location and clearance requirements, and makes the organization responsible for insurance, utility-related costs, and removal or relocation if required.
