This enacted ordinance authorizes the Neighbors of Overbrook Association to construct, own, and maintain a “Welcome to Overbrook” sign on the traffic island at Lebanon Avenue and Wynnewood Road. The association must obtain required permits and approvals, meet insurance and other conditions, pay related costs, and remove the sign if lawfully directed by the Streets Department.

Authorizing Neighbors of Overbrook Association, located at 933 N. 65th Street, Philadelphia, PA ("Owner") to construct, own and maintain an encroachment of a sign on the traffic island located on Lebanon Avenue at the intersection of Wynnewood Road ("Property"), under certain terms and conditions.
