This enacted ordinance changes the Philadelphia Zoning Maps for certain properties in the area bounded by Germantown Avenue, Hartwell Lane, Shawnee Street, and Southampton Avenue. It replaces the existing zoning designations with new designations shown on the ordinance’s maps and took effect immediately.
