This enacted ordinance grants SEPTA permission to build, own, and maintain a passenger boarding platform, shelter, walkway, landscaping, signs, lighting, and related facilities on the public sidewalk at Frankford Avenue and Delaware Avenue. SEPTA must obtain required permits, enter into an agreement with the City, provide insurance and a bond, and remove the encroachments within 180 days if the Streets Department gives lawful written notice.

Granting permission to the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority, 1234 Market Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, to construct, own and maintain a passenger boarding platform, passenger shelter and other miscellaneous encroachments on the public sidewalk located at the northwest corner of the intersection of Frankford Avenue and Delaware Avenue, under certain terms and conditions.
