This enacted bill amended Temple University’s Institutional Development District Master Plan to allow a roughly 280,000-square-foot Science Education and Research Building on the block bounded by 11th, Berks, 12th, and Norris Streets. It also allows a mixed-use parking garage for about 1,100 cars, with an approximately 78,000-square-foot footprint, on the block bounded by Montgomery Avenue, 11th, Berks, and Warnock Streets.

To amend the Institutional Development District Master Plan of Temple University, located on the block bounded by 11th Street, Berks Street, 12th Street, and Norris Street, by allowing for the construction of a new building addition for use as the Science Education and Research Building, and amending the Institutional Development District Master Plan for the block bounded by Montgomery Avenue, 11th Street, Berks Street, and Warnock Street, by allowing for the construction of a new building for use as a mixed-use parking garage.
