This enacted ordinance authorized the transfer of $10,697,007 in Fiscal Year 2011 General Fund appropriations among several City offices, departments, boards, commissions, the District Attorney, and the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania. The transfers moved funding between expense categories, including personal services, services, equipment, payments to other funds, and debt service, while keeping the total amount unchanged.
