This enacted ordinance authorizes Aksum, LLC to construct, own, and maintain an open-air sidewalk café at 4630–4632 Baltimore Avenue, with six tables and 12 chairs for up to 12 occupants. The café may extend about 5 feet 6 inches onto the sidewalk, must leave about 9 feet 10 inches clear, and requires city permits, an agreement with the City, insurance or approved self-insurance, and removal or relocation within 30 days if the City gives notice for specified reasons.

Authorizing Aksum, LLC ("Owner") to construct, own and maintain an open-air sidewalk café at 4630-4632 Baltimore Avenue ("Property"), under certain terms and conditions.
