This enacted ordinance authorizes the Philadelphia Municipal Authority to evaluate and carry out energy-efficiency measures at City Hall, the Criminal Justice Center, the Municipal Services Building, and One Parkway Building. The Authority may design, install, finance, own, operate, maintain, or lease related equipment and systems intended to reduce energy, water, wastewater, or other operating costs, and must update its incorporation documents as needed.

Authorizing the Philadelphia Municipal Authority, incorporated pursuant to the Municipality Authorities Act (the "Act"), 53 Pa. C. S. Ch. 56, to enter into agreements for programs, evaluations, facility alterations or upgrades designed to reduce energy, water, wastewater or other consumption or operating costs at specified City properties, all under certain terms and conditions.
