This enacted bill approves the tenth amendment to the redevelopment proposal for the Haddington Urban Renewal Area, Units 2 and 3, in West Philadelphia. It authorizes acquiring one property at 20 N. 59th Street for commercial and residential reuse and provides for relocation services for people and businesses affected by the project. The bill states that condemnation is not imminent and would depend on available public funds.

Approving the tenth amendment of the redevelopment proposal for the Haddington Urban Renewal Area, Unit No. 2 and Unit No. 3, being the area beginning at the northwest corner of Parrish and Fifty-second street, including the sixth amendment to the urban renewal plan and the third amendment to the relocation plan, which provides, inter alia, for the additional land acquisition of one (1) property for commercial and residential uses; the provision of certain relocation services, as required by law; and declaring that condemnation is not imminent with respect to the Project.
