The enacted ordinance authorizes Sanjay Patel, who operates the newsstand at 1046 Market Street, to construct, use, and maintain conduits under and across the southeast corner of Eleventh and Market Streets to provide electricity and telephone service to the newsstand. The work requires permits and approvals, a City agreement, insurance, and compliance with conditions including removing the conduits if the Streets Department gives lawful written notice.
