This enacted ordinance changes Philadelphia’s process for conditional zoning permits for projects subject to Civic Design Review. It allows decisions by the Department of Licenses and Inspections on these permits to be appealed to the Zoning Board and requires permit holders to post the permit publicly within five business days for at least 30 days, as well as notify certain Registered Community Organizations within 15 days.

Amending Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Zoning and Planning," by further providing with respect to conditional zoning approvals; all under certain terms and conditions.
