This enacted ordinance amends Philadelphia’s Administrative Code with technical changes to building and zoning permits, appeals, penalties, and related procedures. It moves the schedule of zoning fees from the Zoning Code into the Administrative Code and sets fees for zoning permits, use registrations, Zoning Board of Adjustment matters, and other zoning services.

Amending Title 4 of The Philadelphia Code, Subcode "A," The Philadelphia Administrative Code, to make certain technical amendments, to further provide for penalties, and to transfer the current schedule of fees relating to zoning matters from the Zoning Code to the Administrative Code and to revise such schedule; all under certain terms and conditions.
