This enacted law requires notice to be posted on City-owned land parcels of at least 10,000 square feet before they are transferred. The notice must generally be posted for at least 30 days and include sale, buyer, seller, contact, and bidding information; transfers to certain quasi-public agencies must also require notice before any later transfer.

Amending Chapter 16-200 of The Philadelphia Code ("Sales, Leases, and Other Grants of City-Owned Buildings and Facilities") to require that notice of the pending transfer of City-owned lands and lands owned by certain quasi-public agencies be posted on such lands prior to their transfer, all under certain terms and conditions.
