This enacted ordinance grants Alan Krawitz, operator of the Say Cheese Philadelphia lunch truck, permission to install and maintain electrical wires and conduits in, under, and over the east sidewalk of W. Norris Street between N. 12th and N. 13th Streets to supply the truck with electricity. The work must follow city regulations, obtain required permits, include a bond and insurance, and be removed with the sidewalk restored within 120 days after proper notice; a $200 payment to the City Treasury is also required.

Granting permission to Alan Krawitz owner and operator of Say Cheese Philadelphia lunch truck located on the East side of W. Norris Street between N. 12th Street and N. 13th Street (approximately 70 yards from the corner of N. 12th Street and W. Norris Street), to install, use and maintain certain electrical wires, conduits and appurtenances in, under and over the east footway of the east side of W. Norris street between N. 12th Street and N. 13th Street for the purpose of supplying electricity to said lunch truck, under certain terms and conditions.
