Granting permission to Alan Krawitz owner and operator of Say Cheese Philadelphia lunch truck located on the East side of W. Norris Street between N. 12th Street and N. 13th Street (approximately 70 yards from the corner of N. 12th Street and W. Norris Street), to install, use and maintain certain electrical wires, conduits and appurtenances in, under and over the east footway of the east side of W. Norris street between N. 12th Street and N. 13th Street for the purpose of supplying electricity to said lunch truck, under certain terms and conditions.
