This enacted ordinance authorizes the Commissioner of Public Property to acquire ownership or other interests in specified parcels along the Delaware River and the Kensington & Tacony Trail. The City may use purchase, condemnation, donation, or other methods to add the land to the trail for public recreation, with the City Solicitor reviewing the required documents.

Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City, to acquire fee simple title, or a lesser interest in real estate, in parcels of land along the Delaware River and the Kensington & Tacony Trail, for the purpose of incorporating the acquired land into the Kensington & Tacony Trail for public recreation use, under certain terms and conditions.
