This enacted ordinance authorizes the Board of Surveyors to remove Strahle Street between Pine Road and the Philadelphia-Montgomery County line, along with a northeastward stub of Rockwell Avenue, from the City Plan. Property owners involved must meet conditions including agreements protecting the City from damage claims, payment of hearing advertising costs, and payment of $200 toward ordinance costs.
Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan Nos. 347 and 350 by striking from the City Plan Strahle Street from Pine Road to the Philadelphia & Montgomery County Line and striking from the City Plan a certain stub portion of Rockwell Avenue which extends northeastwardly from said Strahle Street, under certain terms and conditions.
