This enacted ordinance changes the Philadelphia Zoning Maps for certain areas of land bounded by Snyder Avenue, the Delaware River, Pattison Avenue, and the Delaware Expressway. It replaces the existing zoning designations with new designations shown on the ordinance’s maps, effective immediately.

To amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within an area bounded by Snyder Avenue, the Delaware River, Pattison Avenue and the Delaware Expressway.
