This enacted ordinance requires estimated annual energy costs to be disclosed when certain City-owned properties with one or two homes are sold. The disclosure must be provided to buyers who will live there, and in some cases future buyers or prospective tenants, unless the homes will be demolished or used for nonresidential purposes; the ordinance takes effect one year after becoming law.

Amending Title 16 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Public Property," to provide for estimated annual energy cost disclosures upon the sale of certain City-owned residential properties, all under certain terms and conditions.
