This enacted ordinance amended a 2009 ordinance involving the removal of Duncan Street between Aramingo Avenue and The Delaware Expressway from the City Plan and the City’s acceptance of a right-of-way for drainage and public utility purposes. It extended the deadline for meeting the original ordinance’s conditions to November 4, 2013, and required payment of $200 toward costs within 120 days after the ordinance became law.

Amending Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 090468) approved November 4, 2009, entitled "An Ordinance authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 55 by striking from the City Plan Duncan Street from Aramingo Avenue to The Delaware Expressway and reserving and by placing on the City Plan, and authorizing City acceptance of, a right-of-way for drainage purposes and public utility purposes within the lines of Duncan Street being stricken, under certain terms and conditions," by extending the period for compliance with the terms and conditions stated therein.
