The enacted ordinance amends Philadelphia’s Traffic Code to allow people contesting parking violations to use in-person hearings, telephone hearings for eligible people with disabilities or disabled veterans, or written and electronic submissions. It also sets procedures for reviewing and appealing contested violations, affecting people who receive Philadelphia parking tickets or notices of violation.

Amending Title 12 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Traffic Code," by providing for the adjudication of parking violations contested by alternative methods; all under certain terms and conditions.
